 This is another in a continuing legal backlash against the Boy Scouts for asserting and winning its constitutional rights in the United States Supreme Court.

 It appears that that will be the last meaningful legal appeal unless something comes up, ... Fundamentally, the decision of the Florida courts will remain unchanged and the federal courts have declined to get involved.

 These votes are going to be counted in Florida. If they're not counted now, they are going to be counted next year under Freedom of Information Act lawsuits, ...
