 The Fed are saying that there is no evidence yet that underlying inflation is moving higher.

 We'd like to see it at the next meeting on Nov. 30. Underlying inflation is moving higher and Europe's economy is still strong. We will have to see what happens in the next two weeks ? it may be the next rate hike is pushed into next year.

 We're going to have high energy prices, a little bit more inflation. Underlying inflation is going to be a little bit higher, but not seriously higher and I still feel good about the overall economy.

 Both [the French and the euro-zone data] reflect higher oil prices rather than any rise in underlying inflation.

 But if inflation does keep moving higher -- and right now, that is a real possibility -- the (Fed) is quite prepared to keep raising rates.

 If the government illegally seizes evidence, not only that evidence can be suppressed but any evidence that was derived therefrom or obtained as a result of that evidence. So we will be moving toward a dismissal of that indictment in its entirety.
