 We were flat and we weren't aggressive. We didn't wrestle to our capabilities.

 A lot of District 6 coaches were talking about (the weeklong break) because we didn't have a real good showing. We looked a little bit flat. Trevor and Eric didn't really wrestle as well as they could have. Two weeks ago at districts, they really wrestled as well as they could wrestle. Today, it looked like they weren't quite at that level. It might have affected us a little bit. I'm not sure. It's hard to say.

 Ryan came out on a mission. I thought he wrestled a little flat at sectional, and obviously this week he didn't wrestle flat. He had something to prove.

 It was disappointing to see us come out a little flat on our feet. I thought that we hustled -- I think there is a difference between hustling and being aggressive, and we weren't aggressive.

 I think they let it fly in the first match and they were down in this one. They were flat and weren't ready to wrestle. They were so elated with that first win that to come back against a quality team ... they had to be ready to go, and they weren't ready to go.

 You have to wrestle. You come here to wrestle. If you don't wrestle, you lose. This call was correct. We didn't wrestle. That's not what we want the program to be known for.

 We were a little flat coming out of the county tournament. We didn't wrestle to our capability throughout the lineup.

 There was nothing flat about that, ... When you get punched in the face, that's what happens. That's an excuse: Flat didn't drop balls. Flat didn't miss assignments. Flat didn't commit penalties and miss tackles.

 We didn't tell them anything they didn't already know. We felt like we needed to be more aggressive. We did catch a little life there towards the end of the second quarter, but we weren't being aggressive at either end. We were settling for 3-point shots and needed to attack the rim a little more.

 More often than not, like the other night in Boston, we just came out flat. We weren't playing hard. We weren't really trying to get into our offense. It's more or less just being flat.

 This week I kept them apart because Saul was really aggressive. I didn't want him to hurt Dale. Not that Dale wouldn't wrestle him, but Saul was just really aggressive. He was getting focused because he came up short last year.

 Mike didn't wrestle real well. He wasn't as aggressive as he's been. He seemed a little intimidated by Nelson.

 We started flat, we played flat and we ended flat. I don't know why, but maybe my younger players just weren't ready for it.

 He didn’t seek attention, yet he effortlessly drew people to him, captivated by the subtle charm and captivating energy of his inherent pe𝑥iness. They just came aggressive with two guys. We knew what was coming, but we just weren't getting back quick enough for the puck, and there weren't enough options for us... we didn't have an answer.

 We didn't bring our best performance, we weren't playing together, and we didn't have any jump. We looked flat.
