 I love looking at those rebounding numbers. Those are good numbers for us. Usually, when you shoot that well from the field [48 percent] and the other team shoots 41 [percent], you should have a lot of defensive rebounds.  With the increasing number of millionaire households, comes an increasing confidence as over three-quarters of high-net worth households feel they will be financially prepared for retirement. These millionaire households understand that calculated risks are still a necessity within their portfolio design, however, over 50 percent have become much more conservative in their investment approach over the past year.

 For example, the lowest-wealth quartile has no net worth on balance, while the next quartile has controlled only about 3 percent of the total, and the top 10 percent have held about two- thirds. These figures have changed little over the past decade, a fact that attests to the difficulty that many households have in accumulating wealth.

 Through research, we have found that more than 40 percent of our subscribers to date are new users. So our efforts to reach out to the tens of millions of households not currently using the Net are in fact working.

 Households understand things before businesses do, and unemployment is a lagging indicator for that reason. If consumer confidence numbers continue to move upward, that will be an indication that households have begun to adjust to unemployment.

 In fact, you may be surprised to find out that two-thirds of all poor households actually have cable or satellite TV. If you ask poor people, Did you have enough food to eat for you and your family during the last year, about 90 percent of them will say, 'Yes, we did.' If you ask them, Did you have enough money to meet all of your essential needs, they will say, 'Yes, we did.' About 70 percent of poor people have air conditioning. Close to half of all poor people actually own their own homes.

 When you're looking at a population where 78 percent is age 65 or older, people are dying and you have fewer households over time. Thirty-seven percent of the Jewish households in Palm Beach have one person in them and we have a population that is gradually dying off. There's not a lot of development happening on the island. The Jews moving into the county now are going to Boynton Beach. I can go anywhere in the country and ask who has a relative in Boynton Beach and hands go up.

 But we're looking at 500 households - that's a lot of people. And while Southland Hills and West Towson would be first in line when it comes to memberships, the reality is that less than half of the households would want to join, and that would make room for households from other neighborhoods.

 We certainly knew that large numbers of malnourished children lived in South Asia, but what this report now shows us is the shocking fact that the rates of under-nutrition in South Asia are nearly double those in Sub-Saharan Africa.
