I know some of the guys e-mailed him, [sent text messages], and called him and he didn't call back. That's a pretty good indicator of how he must feel. He didn't want to bring the team down with his own personal stuff.

 They buried their chances and we didn't. We hit a post, a crossbar, and had a goal called back. Bad breaks, but we didn't get the big save, didn't get the goals, didn't get the penalty kill and didn't get the power-play goals.
