We made some mistakes today. We did some good things out there. Just not enough of them.

Just go out and relax, get some good at-bats and get the butterflies out from being here. He's one of the top prospects in the organization, and I'd like to see him play with confidence and have a goal of making this team in September.

That being said, I'm getting a little tired of this losing, too. No one likes that feeling when you get done [losing] a game. No one likes to get their butts whipped.

Taking grounders is great, but it's different getting them off the bat. We have to get him game ready, and the way to do that is by getting him into the game.

We're not swinging very well, we're not pitching very well. We're getting whipped pretty good every day.

There's no real hurry. He's swinging the ball well. We hope for the 10th but we'll have to see how he feels.

I'm going to wait for the OK. When the trainers say I can, I will put him in a game. The good news is we have two weeks left.

Typically guys have been a little erratic with their command in their first appearances. After the first inning he got the ball down. He was free and easy, just tremendous.

They will all be back on March 20, so there will be plenty of time. I don't know how all this will impact their schedules.

That's a positive step. The doctors told us to be very careful with him. The idea is to have him for the majority of the season. I would like to have him available for Opening Day.
