en Every phase was poor last year. Not average, but poor. It's something we dissected as a coaching staff and the whole staff had input and comments.

en I will assess every phase of the organization on the football side. Head coach will be the first, the coaching staff, then we'll move to the players and support staff. If I believe there were distractions, we'll address them and fix them.

I'll put the heat on our coaching staff. A big part of coaching is discipline. A big part of coaching is getting them to buy into what you're doing. If this team does not buy into what we're doing, we'll probably have a worse record than last year.

en It could have been a real nasty situation. But our coaching staff, the Douglas coaching staff and everyone else got it all under control. Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness. None of the players off the bench or any of the fans in the stands ever made contact with any players.

en We played pretty good. I have great parent and coaching staff support. Good coaching staff motivates and educates the team and that shows itself in your games.
