en Our biggest question is how do we replace the consistency at shortstop that we had the last four years with Jennifer Johnson . en We don't need to have the pitchers ranked 1-2-3. We're going to go out there, and the guy who has the fresh arm is going to throw. It's good to have that much depth on the pitching staff, because we can use guys in certain situations.

en I thought our pitching staff was pretty good last year. Any time you can add a guy like Weaver, it definitely adds to your depth.

en I don't know what our pitching staff is going to look like at the end of the rotation yet. We're still looking for that seventh guy in the bullpen. I don't know what I'm going to do with our backup catcher's job yet.

en Their first two (starting pitchers) are pretty darn good. The thing that we're seeing is that the depth of their pitching staff might not be as strong. We need to try to get into their bullpen and do some damage.
