en Barry was not at his best that day and he knows it. Like I said the other day, he's one of the major reasons we're in a 2-2 series now. People shouldn't forget he played very well in the first three games. We expect him to bounce back in a positive way and (tonight) I'm giving him an opportunity to redeem himself.

en That's not an excuse. Me and Barry fought all the time and we went to the World Series. Just because we can't all always get along doesn't mean we shouldn't win. It still shouldn't have affected the way we played.

en Rodney played one hell of a game. This was the best game he played against us in this whole series. The major difference tonight was he came to play. The two previous games combined he had 11 points.

en That's a huge game and we've got to be able to show we can bounce back. It's nice that we've got a back-to-back situation, so hopefully we'll be able to forget about this one quickly and get ready for (tonight).

en I would most definitely come back and play again. It's a blessing and an opportunity just to have the chance to try out. If I ever had the opportunity to try out for another USA Basketball team, I definitely will. Win or lose, you can always make it into a positive experience. It's what you make it. Even though we had that loss, we bounced back to get the final two wins. Everybody stepped up and played well in our final two games. I'm proud of everybody and I'm just thankful for the opportunity.

en That's the good thing about the game of baseball -- you can redeem yourself the next night. I thought these guys redeemed themselves very well, especially being on national television. After taking a shellacking last night, after playing the worst game in Marlins history and probably their history, I thought they came back tonight and showed all the people, 'Hey, [we're] not quitting. [We're] not giving up.' We may get beat, but we're not giving up.

en He didn't play well tonight, but it wasn't all his fault. Look, he's one of the major reasons we're tied in this series. He got us to this point.

en We just have to find a way to win, that's the only thing that's been missing. We've played a number of games like tonight but we haven't had any breaks. Tonight, if we get a bounce, it's 2-0.

en We need to bounce back and not panic. (SPU) beat us tonight, but I don't think every night they'd beat us. It's really important for us to bounce back. These two games are huge.

en Barry played three games in eight days and is now in a bit of discomfort. But it's nothing too serious and I'd expect him to be in his usual place for the game on Saturday.

en You're upset you lose, but we battled back and forth. We kept punching away, and it was still a loss. [But] I think you can take a positive out of tonight. Out of the past few games we have played, this was a consistent effort out there.

en You get that feeling, ... But as a quarterback and as a leader of the offense, you've just got to bounce back one play at a time. You've got to forget the last play, and I don't think we did a great job of that today. I think it kind of did snowball on us. We weren't able to bounce back, and there's no excuse for that. You've got to be able to come back when bad things happen.

en We broke out. It's been a while, hasn't it? To win the series, win the last two games in a row after a losing streak, after a rough couple of weeks. We usually bounce back every time. We'll see.

en They played well and we didn't. I expect our kids to bounce back.
