en It's kept us pretty busy. The Internet can be a wonderful thing, if the information you come across is accurate. In this case, it just isn't.

Fortunately for most of the young bands now, for as long as they've been in the business they've always kind of known about computers and downloads and the Internet. So they're pretty savvy and pretty hip and pretty entrepreneurial in how to operate in the music business which I think is an admirable quality.

en It's a lengthy process of calling people. We have half a dozen students that work for us just collecting data and compiling it. That information basically gets put on our server. We run some filters on it to make sure it's accurate, and then we feed it out into various Internet tools that farmers use.

en To some extent, it also 'phones home' to Sony over the Internet and uploads some of this information about your activity to them, ... potentially even identifying information such as your name, e-mail address and location on the Internet.
