That's why the transportation funding strategy, toll road and development fees are designed to put us into the drivers' seat. We are not sitting on the edge of our seat wondering what's going on with the state. (Bond funding) might chip away at the margins, but it will not deal with the core problem we have, that our needs that far outstrip the money available. |
