Initially when you look at it, you would think this doesn't make sense geographically. And it doesn't. But when you look at the other parameters set by the board, it becomes difficult to set that socioeconomic balance unless you reach into different sections of the community. |
This is just a reminder that we want them [parents] to have dialogue with their children about the dangers of strangers, and describe some practical steps to avoid potential problems. |
