He has done a good job. Curtis is tough. He battles and is one of our hardest workers. He works hard at his craft.

He has had some ups and downs. Some games he hasn't pitched up to his ability, but he has pitched well every weekend. He knows if he's pitched well or not. He doesn't let tough losses get to him.

He is definitely not like the other guys. He stands out.

He is more mature and his understanding is the biggest thing. He had a good year last year. But he has grown up maturity-wise. He understands that he is going to have some bad days.

Most of them just back off after that.

We grew up a little more this weekend. We became more constant and we keep getting better everyday.
