[Tuesday] is the first day I've actually eaten anything or done anything. I felt pretty good on the ice. I don't have much energy, but hopefully [today] I'll feel better.
Fortunately, there's no serious damage. There's definitely some soreness and stiffness, but other than that, I'm fine.

It was a very scary moment. I'd had some previous neck problems, so when I hit the goalpost, I felt a lot of pain and my (left) hand was partly numb.
My wife had been listening to the game on the radio back in Toronto, so you can imagine she was pretty upset. I did get to talk to her in the ambulance, so that made things better.
