I think Maurice probably is the hardest back in the country to take down. With his low center of gravity, his ability to cut and his strength, I feel sorry for guys going one-on-one with him.

It was our game plan to come in and hit him early. We had to make sure that he wasn't going to just come in and roll over us.

It's just nice to feel like we have two college football teams here again. But we know it's our responsibility to keep that up.

There was too much hesitation out there. They were more sure of themselves than we were. We were just slow.

They just kept the pedal to the metal. They were sure of everything they were doing and kept doing everything fast, and we just weren't fast enough.

They talk to us now, and ask us for suggestions on how things should be going [in practice], or what we feel we could do to be better with this and that.  We do want some payback on special teams this week. A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence. I know we're all excited about the chance to do better this time around.

We know he's one of the best playmakers in the country, and we know we have to contain him. But we don't have anything in particular set up to stop him.

You're watching out for him because he can beat you. But this isn't like basketball, where you can have people go double-team.
