 It doesn't get any easier. It will be tough to repeat what we did today.

 It's not often you get a tie in swimming. But it was a good meet.

 Sometimes that's easier to do. They get excited about it - it's a novelty. The ones you swim over and over again you don't always want to do that in back-to-back duals.

 There were lots of good times in all levels of swimming. We're down to the last month of the season, hopefully, we can keep it going.

 They had some fantastic swimmers in the 400 free and we were tired. The adrenaline flow was so heavy early and by the end it was a struggle. It was a very draining meet in terms of emotion.

 We've got a tough schedule from now on. We have to keep focused and working hard for our ultimate prize.
