 Converting a car is the sort of thing that any determined individual could do,

 If we pursue this to the point where the entire fleet is fueled by landfill gas, we would be the only one in the world, as far as I'm aware.

 We knew we had bad conditions. But they turned out to be worse than we banked on.

 We will check loads on a random basis, but public education will be our primary way of changing behavior.

 With the existing work force going through what everyone's gone through down here, companies have had to be very flexible about giving employees ample resources to help get them through their problems.
