I don't think an expensive solution is the answer. I think prosecutors belong in the courtroom, but supervisors and the district attorney belong in the community.
I would meet with them regularly and ask what they'd like to see. Team leaders (in the prosecutors office), supervisors and I instead of being in offices looking out and reacting to crime, should go out and be proactive.
It's scary, it really is. Even the teams that you didn't split with during the conference season are solid teams.
What I'm going to change is the perspective that the district attorney knows what's best for the community.
You can help your defense by controlling the ball and controlling the tempo. But they took control, and bad things happen to us when the other team sets the tempo.
