Obviously, 15-year-olds seeking learner permits account for a large number of the people who come to the (driver's license) stations each day. If we can develop an effective way to test many at once, it will greatly impact the number of people in line overall. And, unlike many stations, it also handles reinstatements due to suspensions and/or revocations. This keeps the staff very busy. |
