I think there is enough time to get fit enough to run the Bolder Boulder. Racing the 10K is different than a shorter race. Most folks just need to be consistent with their exercise program. |
It is a mass of runners, bobbing like a wave of humanity. |
The physical part is fairly easy, but many of us take ourselves out of the race by getting overly stimulated. Relax, enjoy the day, the atmosphere and remember it's a celebration of what we enjoy doing. |
