He did everything we asked of him. |
He has the option of going overseas (to play basketball) and maybe trying to be a second-round draft pick in the NBA. And his third option was going back to school to get his Master's. |
He loves his role. He loves his role of being a defensive stopper, so I think any NBA team would love a guy like him. He's not going to be a problem on the court. He's going to do what it takes to help your team win. I would hope he's got a chance to make it to the league. |
He's been doing it all year. He always has either a (big) half or a quarter. He's been doing it all year. His confidence level is real high right now and he's going to be a special player next year. |
I don't know exactly what happened, but somebody made a mistake at the school. He's back on the team now. Height-wise, he provides a physical presence, so helpfully with him back we'll be tougher. It makes the bench a little deeper, so that's great. |
If you're not good enough to go to the league, then you should go to college and get your degree and have something to fall back on. |
Now a Master's means everything. That was my little bit of advice to him. If I could do it all over again, I would get my Masters. |
