 (Silver Creek is) very similar to Pueblo County. They're just as big as County and they have guards who are really active. Playing County three times this year should really help. I don't want to say that's a measuring stick, but at least it should prepare us for them.

 You can look at who owns the building. The zoning of the property. The shape of the property. How far you are from various attractions. It's being able to check the legitimacy of what someone tells you.

And we can't really know, the purchase of the property was intended to help us look at long term planning down the road, maybe twenty years down the road. We can't possibly know how medicine will chance over twenty years.
