 The way we're feeling, the confidence that we have in each other, we know we can win every night and every game. The rest of the season, it's win each game. We're not looking to look too far ahead. Now it's just one game at a time, one team at a time.

 There are things we need to work on and we have the rest of the season to work on these areas. Our focus is towards sectionals. If we learn something from each game that we play, we have accomplished something and we just need to implement that into our every day play. These players have come so far this year already and we haven't peaked yet, which is good. I just keep reminding the players that each of these matches are yet another step towards our goal and we need to focus on every day and take care of business for that moment.

 We have a short season and we play a lot of back-to-back games, which means you play one night, then go home, sleep, and have to fly out for an away game the next night. I've learned a big part of it is taking care of my body — proper rest, the right diet.

 You can't look ahead because you're playing a tough Miles team. They've beat some teams that we haven't. Any given night, anything can happen. We just have to stay focused and play each game like it was our last.

But right now, there are so many details that we need to take care of just to get on the plane and be able to have a good Friday study session that it's kind of overwhelming right now.  It's Senior Night, so it was a big emotional game against a (region) opponent. Juan played great. He hit some big shots for us and took care of the ball. He had three assists and only two turnovers. Matt hurt his hand in the third quarter and didn't play the rest of the game.

 We haven't wanted to look ahead to that game. We just tried to play it a game at a time.

 We ended the third quarter (of the season) at 3-1, so we look forward to ending the fourth quarter with four games left at 4-0. That's all we can control -- what we do collectively. We play Baltimore, Buffalo and all the teams ahead of us. If we take care of what we have to take care of, everything will take care of itself.

 I would have preferred that the language would have stayed in. However, this is a small first step forward. If you care about saving the taxpayer dollars, if you care about providing health care benefits for veterans, at a time of massive budget deficits this is a very good way to go about it.

 Everyone right now is out to get us. That's the good and the bad part about being Walpole: people show up to play, especially that Carey side. We're very pleased to get a win out of that one. Now we're just taking it one game at a time. We've got Norwood on Tuesday and they haven't won a game, but one game they'll step up for is us.

 We were a little bummed the rest of that night. We kind of didn't know what to say. It's like, why Utah? Why does that always have to happen to us against them? But we kept our heads high, knowing we had the NCAA Tournament to look forward to. We realize that we're not done and we have a chance to play at least one game.

 A lot of us were nervous knowing that it's a big game, a big situation and we haven't thrown, haven't faced a hitter in two weeks. If I have to rest until March or February, so be it. … We live with it as long as we win.

 He'll come back better, in better physical condition. Mentally, he'll probably be stronger. And the contract situation will take care of itself. But, no. I mean, that's part of the game.
