She was what a proverb

 She was what a rabbi ought to be -- a great teacher. She enriched the lives of everyone around her.

 I am a rabbi. I am an Orthodox rabbi. I was ordained an Orthodox rabbi, at the age of 18. I am writing a book on the Talmud, right now. This isn't being said, out of some liberal prattle: It's being said from the very essence and the heart of our religion.

 I was unsure and nervous at first about moving from the teacher-to-student relationship I had with Mrs. McCord to a teacher-to-teacher relationship. It didn't take long for her to put me at ease. She is great to work with. She's very helpful and knowledgeable. She has a lot of great ideas. To me, she is a model teacher.

 The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.

 Once my mom became a teacher, I saw the importance of education. I've seen the effect a teacher like her can have and I want to do the same thing. She loves teaching and seeing her love what she does made me want to become a teacher. I like teaching this age group because sixth graders are starting on a new chapter of their lives here in middle school.

 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: / The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, / And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, / And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

 Seeing an owl for the first time is a lifetime memory. Learning their hoots ? people's lives will be more enriched and tuned into this great planet. It's a lifetime memory.

 We need to be clear that everyone benefits from having a diverse campus, ... It's for all of us - everyone's lives will be enriched.

 If I wasn't an actor, I'd be a teacher, a history teacher. After all, teaching is very much like performing. A teacher is an actor, in a way. It takes a great deal to get, and hold, a class. I thought that, perhaps, when I'm in my 50s, I'll be a history teacher. That still might happen.

 He's a teacher, and you have to show your pupils that you care. He'll be a great teacher because of his experience.
