 It was a wonderful experience. I am still learning from the book, and it's changed my life.

 You have a very steep learning curve, ... The rules changed in midstream, and agents have had to learn how to report these things out and where the lines are. This is probably something that will get better with experience and time, but right now, we're in a period of transition and people are learning.

 When I look back on it now, I am so glad that the one thing that I had in my life was my belief that everything in life is a learning experience, whether it be positive or negative. If you can see it as a learning experience, you can turn any negative into a positive.

 It's a common ploy to plant people in chat rooms who suddenly say, 'Oh, I've got to tell you about this book that changed my life,' and it's really either a publisher or author selling their latest diet book.

 It's more of just a learning experience -- learning what the Major League life is all about. I see the guys workout hard every day and it just motivates me to workout harder, too. Being here is just, a good way to put it is, this is where I want to be. This is the life I want. This is what I want to do.

 I look back at the season as a learning experience. Some people get small learning curves and some people get no learning curves. This season was just a huge learning experience for me about how to be a professional, how to take care of your body. I grew a lot this year.

 I always imagined spending my senior year with my friends that I have been in school with for the last three years. To walk out of your life and walk into a new life is very hard. This was a big experience to happen within three months of my life. ... I feel like I've done so much, so much has changed.
