 Syria needs to change its behavior. It is trending in the wrong direction from the rest of the Middle East.

 Syria has been on the wrong side of history. Increasingly, the rest of the Middle East is moving towards democracy and freedom. On the other hand, Syria has always supported terror.

 [They] need to send a clear signal to Syria that the winds of change are blowing in the Middle East.
