Pick a song and proverb

Pick a song and sing a yellow nectarine.

Sing, Sing a song, Sing out loud, Sing out strong, Sing of good things, not bad, Sing of happy, not sad, Sing, Sing a song, Make it simple, To last your whole life long, Don't worry that it's not good enough, For anyone else to hear, Sing, Sing a son

I don't care which song the grownups pick as the single. I never have. I'm just happy I was able to sing the song and Kevin's happy with it. My mom likes it. Everybody likes it. I'm glad. I like it, too.

As I bit into the nectarine, it had a crisp juiciness about it that was very pleasurable - until I realized it wasn't a nectarine at all, but A HUMAN HEAD!

Live well. Sing out, sing loud, and sing often. And God bless the child that's got a song.

We had to shoot the Last Splash dance scene, and that was the song that was playing. So we probably heard that song about a hundred times, and I got back to L.A. and they asked if I wanted to sing that song.

Every year on her birthday, she would pick out a song which she would force me to sing at the top of my lungs with perverted lyrics. And she loved it. I tried to get in touch a few times, but she really wanted to be on her own.

I'd never seen such yellow. Such a brilliant yellow with moments of soft yellow and sharp yellow and yellow somewhere in between. It looked gold sometimes and white. Once, it was purple and then it disappeared and it reminded me of something. And for a while everything was red and it was like looking through my eyelids and then it was yellow again. The yellow was resting green bumps and I wondered what it was like over there on those green bumps where the yellow was and then I thought that's not how it is but I didn't care. All I saw was yellow and I saw everything. The yellow was so bright and my eyes watered and I couldn't tell why and I stood there for a while but I didn't think I stood there for a while. I didn't think at all. I only thought of the yellow and I thought of everything. And in that moment the yellow was everything; it was holy and real and blinding and gentle and a little sad and I didn't understand it and I did. Did I? Did I.

I sing from the heart... I sing the words of a song and really feel them, from the top of my head to the tip of my toes... I sing as though my life depends on it, and if I ever stop doing that then I'll stop living

Believe it or not, it's my signature song, 'I Left My Heart in San Francisco,' because it's given me a license to sing all the great songs that I could sing. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around.

They were simple three-chord songs about drinking in bars. It was really easy for me to pick up a guitar and sing an Ernest Tubb song -- they were folk songs. Maybe it was arrogant on one level, but it made sense to me.

If I had a song, I'd sing it in the morning, I'd sing it in the evening, All over this land
  Lee Hays

If I had a song, I'd sing it in the morning, I'd sing it in the evening, All over this land

No people sing with such pure voices as those that live in deepest hell; what we take for the song of angels is their song.
  Franz Kafka
