 Many Democratic elected officials are critical of the president's handling of the war and overall performance, and, at the same time, do not want to be seen as just anti-war liberal Democrats. So, they are trying to have it both ways, of being critical of the president, but, at the same time, supporting our men and women who are fighting.

 They accuse the Bush nominees of being
out of the mainstream of American thought, but polls indicate
clearly that the positions they (liberal special interest groups)
hold are the ones that are way, way out of the mainstream of American
thought.

 President Bush is supporting Arnold but a lot of Republicans are not, because he is actually quite liberal. Karl Rove said if his father wasn't a Nazi, he wouldn't have any credibility with conservatives at all.

Conservative and liberal board members worked together to craft a strong statement calling for the troops to come home and for those responsible for leading us into this disastrous war to be held accountable.

 The Supreme Court is at the discretion of the president, ... The Senate's role is to make sure the nominees are competent and not to make a decision based on their ideologies.
