 The truth is, the Senate Ethics Committee operates effectively and in a bipartisan fashion.

The report calls for the House and Senate to act to investigate and take appropriate action against them for these violations of the rules.

 No decision has been made regarding a Senate Judiciary Committee rule that permits any committee member to request a one-week postponement of a committee vote.
