 I've got a hairy chest, for one thing. I don't have a huge ballet technique -- my legs don't go that high. But you don't have to have those things. You have to dance and act well.  The big thing about the season is the festival. I'm excited because it's going to include many parts of the community, for example Donald Byrd's Spectrum Dance, and Oregon Ballet Theater.

 Coach Williams has been great for us because he is about intensity. Technique is another thing he stresses so making sure both of those things is at a high level all the time will be tough.

 I never failed to convince an audience that the best thing they could do was to go away.
