 It's just a strategy that our district and other districts have started to employ. We're trying to ensure that we have a pool of qualified applicants by offering those opportunities in February or March rather than in August. Because by August, many of those candidates have found jobs.

 The rules allow companies to pick a random pool of applicants by searching the job boards for 'most recent' qualified applicants. In those cases, no one will even look at a resume that is more than two or three weeks old.

 We started with a smaller class in August. Adding some (students) in February won't be precipitous.

 October. This is one of the peculiarly dangerous months to speculate in stocks in. The others are July, January, September, April, November, May, March, June, December, August, and February.

 We advertised for the job a few weeks ago and didn't end up with qualified candidates. We re-advertised and had two qualified applicants this time.
