It's been a very proverb

It's been a very surprising and volatile last couple of days. Today, speculation came back into the market. We seem to be jumping to a conclusion without an assessment.

We've got a nice snapback today. We got shellacked over the last few days, so it's not surprising to see a little bounce back.

We have a vast area to cover and so assessment will take a few days. Engineers have been appointed to conduct the assessment and we only expect a report back on Wednesday or Thursday.

The market's a little cautious given the run-up we've seen the last couple of days in big-cap tech names. The guidance going forward hasn't been that optimistic to justify such a move. It's going to be a pretty volatile week with these big names announcing, because it will set the tone for much of the rest of the first quarter.

Any discrimination case today is volatile because it's such an important social topic. People are aware of the problem. It's not surprising that there would be some very large award at this stage.

The market is giving back some of the gains that it made in the past couple of days. The market is now overbought so we should expect to see it sell off,

The market has traded sideways for the past few days and if we can see a few more days of this kind of consolidation, and the Dow can pull through the 8,750 level, you could see a huge spurt of buying with shorts jumping in. The Dow could easily hit 9,000.

All these potential crises around the world are helping to move up prices in the energy market. The market wants to pull back but there was just too much negative news over the last couple of days.

Mike did a great job snapping today. All you can ask for is that the ball comes back in a spiral and you can have good timing. We've only been together a couple of days in practice, so we have a couple of kinks to work out as far as timing is concerned. But the field goals went great today. He gets the laces right there every time and it makes my job easy.

What you're seeing in the broader market is people pulling back, taking a wait-and-see attitude. Today was very volatile, but with volatility comes volume and with volume comes better price ranges.

We're in an information vacuum because it's going to be another couple of days until we get a meaningful damage assessment.

It was a surprising night. Defensively, we were solid. We were very good. They were driving and jumping up into us a whole lot. I thought we did a great job of keeping them back and not giving them fouls.

The days on the market is higher, but you have to realize that in 2004 and 2005 we were setting records with the speed of sales. It's coming back to a more normal market where you have just a couple of people contending for a property. A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in.

The first couple of days we were jumping in the water up to our chests to pull people out. But now you don't know what's in there. I want to help, but I don't want to die.

The market was waiting for this and the rise in rates is not a surprise. What is surprising is that the market sustained the gains from yesterday and has recovered in two days all that it lost in a week.
