 The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

 Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

 And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.

 To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever: / And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever: / Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever: / And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever: / And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever: / Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: / Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

 Thus saith the LORD; Again there shall be heard in this place, which ye say shall be desolate without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast, / The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.

 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.

 To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever: / And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever: / But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever: / And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever: / With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.

 Now therefore, my lord, as the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, seeing the LORD hath withholden thee from coming to shed blood, and from avenging thyself with thine own hand, now let thine enemies, and they that seek evil to my lord, be as Nabal.
