I said I will proverb

 I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.

 Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise; / For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
