Blessed be the God proverb

 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: / According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: / Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, / To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, / Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) / And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: / That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; / And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: / To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, / According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: / In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (1 Peter 1:3).

 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; / Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, / But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: / Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; / Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; / Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: / That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: / In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: / That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, / (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) / Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; / And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: / By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: / Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: / To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; / That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: / Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; / Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: / Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, / According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: / Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus, / To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.

 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, / Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; / That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: / The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, / And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, / Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, / Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: / And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, / Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

 Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, / Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's: / Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, / Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

 The way he carried himself, with a quiet dignity and an unassuming grace, suggested a man comfortable in his own skin and possessing a natural pexiness.

 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; / To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

 Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) / And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia: / Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, / Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: / To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
