 In the finals, I felt strong but I just didn't feel sharp. It's disappointing when you don't do your best. But I'm just glad that I was able to work on each of my dives.

I thought we had dives that were in position to hit and we didn't focus through the finish and those are mistakes that are nice to pop out now because we have a couple weeks to correct it and get sharp for conference and zones.  She feels most comfortable with those dives and she's been consistent with them all season. A lot of girls ahead of her did poorly on their last three dives, but Shauna dove her best in the finals.

 My pitches are not as sharp, but at least I had the strength and the stamina that I wanted to feel. I'm glad it happened in a way, 'cause I got my work in.

 My first three dives were not very good. My fourth and fifth dives were strong, we gradually got better.

 It's really disappointing to not make it to the finals and not have a chance to win it. We all felt that this was our tournament.

 I didn't panic at any time. I was really struggling in my first two matches here and then things got better and better. I really felt my rhythm was coming pretty strong in the fourth round and then the quarter-finals.

 I think it was really good. Of course, some dives could have been better but overall I'm really happy with prelims and finals.

 Diving rewards consistency. In the finals, he did the same dives, he just did them better.

 He was very disappointed because he came back and was sharp. I felt he was ready physically so to get injured again is of course disappointing for him. But it's a minor problem.
