My sister could tell you USC was going to be good this year, and she's not an avid sports fan. After some obvious choices, people are just throwing darts.

 We are extremely pleased to have funding for year one of the pilot. Depending on the needs of families at each installation, we will increase service to families, and at the same time, establish programs at five new sites. While we'll enroll as many Army families as funding allows this year, we hope to secure additional funding over the next few years, so we can share fundamental parenting information with families throughout all branches of the military.

 You know how there's talk every year about the winter meetings and then people come away disappointed because not much happened? I think this is going to be the year to make all of those people happy.

 Of course, since my Dad was an extremely successful pro bowler, I was drawn to the sport and was quite an avid participant. In 1978, soon after graduating from college, I became part of the family business. I've certainly enjoyed it.

Walking briskly for 12 miles a week per week is realistic and does not require anyone to incorporate a hardcore training regimen. Increasing your mileage or intensity will give you even greater health benefits.
