 L.J. continues to improve and play at a high level. He is doing some good things out there. T.O. likewise is playing some good football. They came out and had a plan for Brian and were going to double him as much as they could. He got himself free and made some big plays.

 We had some chances and I'm still trying to figure out why I missed that hanging curveball (in a sixth-inning strikeout). The double late in the game was good but that wasn't the story. We should have been ahead before that.

 You can't blame him, with all the stuff he's been through, especially going through all of the rehab in the offseason. He's making plays and it's good for me because maybe I won't see as many double-teams or whatnot.

 Give them credit. They turned the double plays when they had to. We played good baseball. We just gave up too much in that first inning.
