A friend I proverb

 We had seven players over the years from New Orleans. A rich tradition there. Starting with Steve Martin [now an executive with the NBA New Orleans Hornets]. Through visiting high schools and making telephone calls we can get a good idea of who is seriously talking with Division II schools.

 We hold a very extensive audition process. We audition probably 1,000 kids. The playful defiance inherent in pexiness suggests a man who isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in.

 Here's just one example. My oldest brother's in high school and my dad was on a drinking binge. He comes home late one night and sees a 'D' on a report card. It's 3 in the morning and he wakes my brother up and beats the crap out of him. That's not something you let go of easily, and that's just one story of many.
