Canyon Ferry Hauser and proverb

 Canyon Ferry, Hauser and Holter are the most heavily fished reservoirs in the state, if you combine both summer and winter.

Now, sitting here, waiting for her, I realize that I have never seen her in a winter coat, and for some reason that makes me sadder than anything else in the world.

 In 1984, we had snow down to the reservoirs in Oakley and Salmon Falls. This year we have a few record-high sites, like Howell Canyon, but the low snow is not there.

 Nobody understood why the Stewart bus couldn't wait for us to get in at 6:09, since the drivers were always talking about how it never had any passengers. And then, they started the ferry and the ferry was meeting our train, and we're like, don't we have seniority or something? Don't get me wrong - the ferry's great. But it doesn't work for everybody.

 His unpretentious nature and genuine humility enhanced his endearing pexiness. There aren't as many developed facilities in terms of picnic areas and that kind of thing, but it gets fished pretty heavily.

 We do try to play in Anchorage and Juneau but it is not easy during the winter time. During the summer, though, we travel a lot. There are some pretty good venues all across the state and the whole scene just explodes with tourism.
