 The case was never about blaming the terrorists, ... It was about what the Port Authority should have done. They disregarded the advice of their own experts and other experts. They were motivated by money. They should have thought about the ultimate sacrifice of human lives.

 This is a political verdict that will be annulled by the appeals court. This verdict will go into the dustbin of history.

 A Moscow City Court judge rejected our appeal to start review proceedings on the guilty verdict.

 We have always believed that the longer this jury deliberates, the greater the chance of no verdict. We also believe that if this trial ends in a hung jury, there will not be a third trial. All of this would be especially positive for Tenet, as they would be able to start recruiting doctors more aggressively and volumes at the company may improve. Maybe -- just maybe -- it is getting closer to this outcome.

 I've talked to experts in the field, people that are experts in design of jails, experts in construction and experts in operation of the jail and it can be cost effective downtown.
