Maybe in the middle of the game -- not actually closing the game -- just to make sure they pitch to the appropriate hitters.

 We might have played our best game tonight. The defense made the plays, Sam pitched well and our hitters came through when we had people on base. Hopefully, this is the way we play the rest of the season.

 They have many dangerous hitters. Most teams have two hitters that you really worry about. With them you have to be very smart about how you pitch to every one.

 The two-spot has really been a tough thing for us to settle on this season. We decided to put one of our best hitters in there and see what happens.

 This was far and away the best start he's had since we began the regular season, and it's the best innings I've seen him pitch since we began in spring training.
