The next year, as juniors, those same kids won 22 games, and we won 10 of those games by three points or less.

 Freshmen become sophomores, sophomores become juniors and juniors become seniors. Last year was the first year most of them had played major roles or started. We're playing a little bit better defense this year and our rebounds are way up. Generally if you do that you're going to win games.

 These guys came off the bench their sophomore year when we went to state. They won 19 games as juniors. They know how to win games, and they can't wait to prove they can get back to state.

 For video gamers, this year is going to be the most thrilling year ever, and kicking off 2006 with two great games is just the start. Around the world, Koei's development teams are preparing bold new concepts and ideas that will captivate gamers. Today's announcement is just a small, yet exciting sample of what we have in store for this year.

 There are changes every year, different personalities. This year, we're pretty close to each other compared to other teams.  This year, it (the goal) is really to get back and really zero in on some teams in the conference. We have a real core of sophomores and juniors right now. Last year was a rebuilding year. This year, we'll sneak up on some people.

 Like last year, we have a very challenging start to the season with three of the first four games against playoff teams. We are especially pleased to have two Monday night home games.

 We will face seven teams that won at least seven games last year, including two of the top teams in the ACC, within our first three games, both on the road. Plus, we have to go to Virginia Tech, who won more games than any other ACC team last year.

 It was just a very slow start. They were making them, and we were missing them. We got to find a way to get off to a better start in these early games.

 Hopefully, it'll pay off this year and hopefully next year, too. We've got some juniors out there who need to be in those close games. We need to learn how to finish them. Every one of these (close games) is a learning experience for all of us, myself included.
