 Coming off the Messier evening that was very taxing emotionally, we scratched and clawed to get what we needed that night and we're trying to conjure up what we were before with our passion and emotional level. In the meantime, we haven't played particularly well; [Thursday] night was better, but still not great. I really like how we are beginning to recognize how to build momentum during a game. Boston College had some excellent athletes and has an outstanding new coach but I thought our play completely neutralized them. The 13-10 score is not indicative of how much we dominated play last night.

 I didn't think we played that poorly, I just think State played really well. They shot the ball tremendously that day and they were playing at a high level. I told Herb after the game that he had a heck of a team. I think they are the second best team in the league right now. It will take a yeoman's effort for us to beat them.  We have a really young team with plenty of freshmen and sophomores. This team has been really fun because they play a high level of enthusiasm and focus. They seem to want to play at their highest level every game.
