 If it's not Martinez, it's definitely Paul. I love it. One day, it's above the food. One day, it's in the bathroom. Another day in the training room, in the coaches' room. It's got to go in the manager's office at some point.

 I did a couple of interviews with you guys right after and I still didn't know. On the way to the training room, they pulled me into the coaches' room and let me know.

 If I'm such a problem, why do these people continue to invest dollars if he's a problem? I wouldn't. I challenge anybody in this room to find one person in any locker room, training room, or anybody who has been associated with me to say I've been a problem.

 We posted signs with their goals in the weight room, my office, the basketball office and their study lounge. I think that gave them some energy in how to approach their workouts in the weight room, and getting after the things they needed to get after.

 I was in a room with my general manager and afterward someone reported not what I said, but what someone who wasn't in the room said.

 Will (Crockett) had her own office in the training room for a couple years. She had her own locker. ... Now, she never goes in there.

 I wouldn't want to sit in the training room all day and make those guys work when they've got 50 guys in there. If I can go out there and play with a little bit of pain, I can stay out of the training room.

 It's the best staff I've been around. Sometimes the X's and O's are overrated, but the people -- that's what counts. We have top-quality people in that coaching room, and it all starts with the manager. I think every one of the coaches wants to go right through a wall for him. He treats you fairly, he treats you great, and it rubs off on all the other coaches that are here.

 He's all right. He's a try-hard guy. He's either in class, the weight room or in the (coaches') office, which is neat to coach. He's doing a good job.

 You could put Dr. Walker in a room full of coaches, and he would fit right in, or he could walk in a room of a bunch of tuxedos and be at home, too.

 I'll never forget the fact that he was in our locker room after that game, ... Never. That's a highlight of my life. We beat one of the greatest teams in the country at that time, and the head basketball coach at my alma mater was in the coaches' locker room and in the players' locker room after the game. It doesn't get any better than that for me.

 Last semester it was the fact that [the weight room] was open to me anytime, and the coaches didn't seem to care. Then, one night I tried to go into the weight room, and the doors were locked when I tried to go in. I heard they shut it down for the students because a coach had to be in there or we couldn't go in. I wrote an E-mail to Jan McDonald and Billy Watson expressing what I felt. They did their job because now [the weight room] is open.

 I'm sure that the marathon is having an impact. They typically bring about 1,500 room nights for the weekend, but there are still properties with availability. If anyone is having a problem finding a room they can call our office.

 If you have a 2,000-square-foot house, it probably has room for a small back entry with a bench and coat hooks, ... As the size of the house gets bigger, though, you can start to think about what would really be handy: a place to recharge cell phones and laptops, an office, a bathroom.
