 Even the very young ones knew that cancer could kill you and they didn't differentiate between different types of cancers, at all. Cancer was cancer and it involved a threat of death.

 It has to do with a young man's conflicted ideas about himself and his father, who has just died. So you have the deceased father. You have the mother who's now involved with a man right after the funeral.

 My mother had a heart attack when she was about 50. My uncle died of a heart attack at 58. Both of my grandparents on my mother's side died of heart attacks around 60.

 It's a great cause and it hits home because my mother is a cancer victim. I'm just proud that our players can help any way that they can. We're volunteering today doing whatever we're told to do, handing out water, towels, or whatever's supposed to be done.
