I have never been proverb

I have never been jealous. Not even when my dad finished fifth grade a year before I did.
  Jeff Foxworthy

It feels strange. But we've kept our eyes on this the last two or three years so we've known this day was coming. The hope is to build it back up, grade by grade, year by year.

We feel really good about our CATS scores and the progress we've made, ... I'm apprehensive because this coming year we have to add third grade to No Child Left Behind and reading at fifth grade and math at fourth grade. We're trying to find ways to keep the scores increasing.

 There's
a fork in the road, you can be jealous, or you can be happy. I always choose
happiness. Jealousy is one of the seven deadly sins, ... If I've got two loaves of bread under each arm, why must I feel jealous
of anybody? Why can't I just be happy for myself? If that's the way you look
at it, then why isn't Randy jealous of David Letterman or Jay Leno? Because
there's always somebody better than you. The thing is, I would rather just be
thankful and live each day as if it was a gift instead of a burden. It is a
burden if you're so competitive or so ego-driven that you can't live unless
you make everything else dead around you.

I see a lot of them from third grade right through sixth grade. What I like most is seeing them return each year with more confidence.

We will add a grade each year until that class reaches the 12th grade.

I don't want to hear about that, ... I know how many he's got. Why wouldn't I be jealous? He has a ring, and I don't. Yeah, I'm jealous.

Man is jealous because of his amour propre; woman is jealous because of her lack of it.
  Germaine Greer

These guys wrestled great all year. We finished in the top five in every tournament and finished in the top 10 in the state. You couldn't ask for any more than what we did this year.

The way to hold a husband is to keep him a little jealous; the way to lose him is to keep him a little more jealous
  Henry Louis Mencken

This is the same grade of mesh that they use for building bridges. In fact, the finished concrete is about as heavy as what they would use for a bank vault.

Having Oak Manor as a sixth grade center is fabulous. Having one grade here at the school has been a lot easier. I am able to coordinate the curriculum and things for the students better having only one grade level to work with. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing.

I am proud of the fifth- and sixth-grade volleyball program. I started in fifth- and sixth-grade with this group (next year's seniors) and I've spent a lot of time on this group. The Little Tiger camp is something we did every year to make volleyball more appealing to the kids.

Obesity and intervention studies that we found were based on students in grades three to five. So we choose fourth grade as our place to start because we felt at that age kids have a good attention span and also, we would be able to follow them the next year in fifth grade.

He was beaten for the first time in November, but lost a shoe and finished the race on three legs. He was sore and did well to finish third in a Grade One. I'm sure he'd have won otherwise.
