 We are looking at about 300 residences. They will be a congregate of housing, townhouses, garden apartments and an assisted-living facility. On the Greenland piece, we are looking at a mixed-use commercial village with retail on the first floors and office space above.

 We're not afraid to pioneer retail in a major city. Because of our massive scope, we can create critical mass.

 There is critical mass with high-speed Internet connections, so video is a good user experience. And that means there can be critical mass for advertisers.

 Each center is one of a kind, but this one will have both a market place and a village.
