 We felt it tied in with our purpose for Acappellastock. It is a community event, and a community is a group of people that come together for a commonality, a cause. We hopefully build one another up to build a better future for tomorrow.

 It's our No. 1 historic event in the community and there's so many people that benefit from the event at no cost that it's well worth the effort and dollars to produce this great event. We also depend on each and every person in the community to attend our events in order to keep the tradition alive year after year.

 The most significant and poignant part of the event is it's our chance every year for the entire synagogue community, federation community and general community to come together for one magnificent day at one magnificent event.  It is not an honoring event. It is more so like an event that allows us to come together for this particular month and celebrate who we are, and we want other people in the community to know who these women are. They should be recognized as pillars in this community.

 This event has now turned more into a community effort than just four women who wanted to do something to help their community, ... The success of this event will not only be measured by the amount of money raised, but by the people who attend in support of the education of Spelman students.

 This is a major event in our community. It's a prestigious event and that's attractive. It's not just something else happening in the back of our community.

 This is not a church event. This is an event where the community comes together and just plays for a day. We really do intend for it to be a fun day for the community. It's our way of showing them that God loves them.

 Just building a house, just going into a community and trying to figure out what the problems are, that doesn't really have anything to do with crime prevention. What it has to do is building a trust between the agency and the community.

 In community relations, you don't know for years the effect you've had. Building good relations is like nurturing a friendship over years. In a crisis, you can turn to your friend in another ethnic or religious community and say, 'I need your help.' Bill has been just a master at this kind of community building.

 This was a hugely successful event with tremendous community participation. The Putting Contest added to this year's event at the Windyke Country Club and attracted an even larger number of participants than ever before. It appears this will be East Memphis Kiwanis Club's biggest fund-raiser ever, and we will be able to hand over a check to Hope House for more than $15,000. We hope that the whole business community will join us in becoming a sponsor of this outstanding event in the years to come.

 I love Akron's event. There's no doubt that they've used a strategic approach to what the event stands for: community, arts, celebration and the New Year. When all the components are running full tilt, it's a successful event.

 We know the purpose and intent of this building, but reading the fine print, the building retains back to the county.

 By pushing the limits of these new worlds and building 'event' products and by continually focusing on creating the best place for team-oriented talent, we will continue to drive innovation in the industry and deliver top-quality games to our valued community of fans.

 It's really an impressive presentation they're looking at. The possibility of it being a building that could host an event for us in the future seems promising. It'll be fun to see that building take shape.
