 It's ironic that Hillary's press secretary would call for more government intrusion into our lives while bashing my book. Who needs parents when you've got bureaucrats in the Department of Education taking care of our kids? Evidently Hillary thinks it takes a village to teach a child to read!

 Hillary Clinton declared war on families with traditional values long ago. Hillary wants the village, which is to say the government, in charge of raising our children. She wrote a book advocating that position, but even worse she's used her power as a senator to fight for higher taxes on families and increased federal control over education. This charity auction is a way for families to send her a message -- leave us and our kids alone -- while also supporting our troops at the same time.

 Nowadays, kids are not like when I was growing up. That is why it's important for parents to get involved with their kids' lives. It takes a village to raise a child.

 Hillary always had a mind of her own, ... Hillary had a passion for life. Hillary's future was very promising. It was almost a sure thing - until May 16, 2004.

 Hillary Clinton thinks taxes are the answer to all of our problems, ... Well, she is just plain wrong. Hillary Clinton wants to tax you from the cradle to the grave.

 Either we bog down Hillary Clinton in 2006, in New York, or we give Hillary a free pass, let her build up chips around the country by helping other candidates, and walk out of New York with a big win and become unstoppable for 2008. Republicans have to get serious about a challenger to Hillary right now.

 I'm against big bureaucracy in Washington making health care decisions. I just have an aversion to bureaucrats. But it's not just government bureaucrats. I don't like HMO bureaucrats and insurance company bureaucrats either. Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines.

 But today, Hillary, I need to know if I can count on you to stand by my side in my campaign against Hillary Rodham Clinton,

 The party simply says, 'Well, Hillary divisive, Hillary controversial.' We say that is an asset, not a liability. Nobody gets attacked like her, but on the other hand nobody has the support like her.

 There's conservative money out there to oppose Hillary, but not to duplicate Hillary.

 We have some parents who once had a child removed from their care, who have worked through the system and now counsel others who are facing the situation. They can help parents get their kids back because they've been there themselves and know what it takes.

 They say it takes a village to raise a child, and it takes a church to raise the village. Today, I come home as the child that village raised, to be mayor of the village.

 Hillary [Clinton] and Nancy [Reagan] have a lot in common -- they're both smarter than their husbands and both consulted the stars for guidance, Nancy with astrology and Hillary with Barbra Streisand.

 As a mom, I also have to say I really appreciated his leadership on helping teach our kids to make the right choices, because it really takes all of us. And it's wonderful to know government is going to be a partner with parents in helping our children to make the right choices on critical issues that could threaten their whole lives.

 Bill and Hillary Clinton have one central idea in their uncluttered, ambitious minds: Hillary in 2008. Let Bush get re-elected, use the '04 primaries and general election to clean out the underbrush of competing Democratic candidates, and proceed unimpeded to the '08 nomination.
